P If possible bring your own yoga gear and please call the studio if you need to use their gear as the supply is limited. Also feel free to bring your o gravity chair or camping chair if you want to have a dominantly audiotory experience.
pLEASEPlease arrive by 6 :45 so you can get set up and ready for 7 pm. Yoga gear is welcome on a wonderfully clean floor or if you want to be upright bring your favorite camping chair or a 0 gravity chair and a blanket in case you get some chills when you are doing […]
This event will be out of doors weather permitting, and we can go into the home if the weather is inclement. Bring along your yoga gear and your water bottle or if you prefer to be upright there is outdoor furniture available or you may choose to bring your favorite chair.
