Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are available for those who want to be in self directed restorative poses.
If we have inclement weather we will be moving indoors to Susan's heritage home. Do bring your favorite camping chair and blanket in case we get to be out of doors.
No unnatural scents please for this event. Cell phones also turned off please when on location.
P If possible bring your own yoga gear and please call the studio if you need to use their gear as the supply is limited. Also feel free to bring your o gravity chair or camping chair if you want to have a dominantly audiotory experience.

This event will be out of doors weather permitting, and we can go into the home if the weather is inclement. Bring along your yoga gear and your water bottle or if you prefer to be upright there is outdoor furniture available or you may choose to bring your favorite chair.
