With the smoke and fires of the summer season, it is helpful to our body/mind/spirit to do deep relaxation.  Join us in harmonic sounds to calm ourselves and offer our stillness to the earth elements.  We just received a 20 inch diameter Heart bowl and this is its first sounding.

The crystal bowls help us release the tension we are holding and we can relax deeply. We hear repeatedly how participants had profound sleeps.
