Yoga

Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are available for those who want to be in self directed restorative poses.

P If possible bring your own yoga gear and please call the studio if you need to use their gear as the supply is limited.  Also feel free to bring your o gravity chair or camping chair if you want to have a dominantly audiotory experience.
