Combining sound & chakras, could this be for you?

Winter Chakras & Bija Mantras

An eight week chakra & sound combo held Monday evenings 7 – 9 pm at 125 Bestwick Drive starting Jan 7 and continuing till and including Feb 25th.

The course is meant to be esoteric, psychological and spiritual in nature. It will have a small instructional section but will be mostly experiential. We will start with the earth chakra below our feet and move upward week by week.

Weekly format:
Mini chakra talk with the cleaning & the expansion
Probe of the chakra through discussion & quizzes
Balance with a crystal bowls chakra sound bath.

Intention of the class:

• create community.
• offer computer accessible resources for participants
• use our group voice in sound/prayer/invocation
• be in wonder of our own fiber and fabric
• have lots of fun

Known leaders of sound and chakras we will reference:
Rudy Hunter, Jill Mattson, Evelyn Mulders, Janet Doerr, Helena Reilly.

What to bring along: a notebook and pen, your water bottle and your open heart.
If we get a lot of snow this winter, we will need to relocate.  For now we are cozy by a gas fireplace and then by the actual fire with the bowls.

Parking is on the street only as I have tenants..
