Toning with Sheanna and the Crystal Bowls Tuesday June 5th 7-8:30 pm in the sound temple

Lucky for us, Sheanna James is temporarily in town & has agreed to lead us in a sound exploration.  You do not need any singing talent and you will not be singled out.  You are very likely to relax, breath deeply and enjoy making sound , hearing it and being silent.
