Sunday afternoon Crystal Bowl Meditation at Westshore Estates Park May 2nd 1:30 to 3:30 pm

We are so pleased to have Terez and the crystal bowls singing again in Killiney Beach,  this time in the great outdoors at the park.  We use the continuous sound, via the chakra  system to envelope the body in helpful tones that pacify where it is needed and tonify where it is needed.

Our focus is to let go of tension and stress, and to land squarely in the goodness of our body and the trust and knowing we can face down the pandemic. We remember we are creator beings and we have strong immunity, and the bowls are there as reminders.  Let the sounding be your side kick and partner in setting intentions for a life giving and life enhancing  spring.

The practical side of this :

Dress code:  do layers tuques hoodies, long pants and camping sleeping bags, sunglasses and windbreakers as we can not control the temperature.

What to bring:  tarp and yoga mat or camping chair and blankets, water bottle.

Please be prepared to wear a mask around others and please set up your chairs  honoring the 6 foot  distance from everyone except those in your bubble.Once you are settled in you are free to remove your mask if you wish to. After the session please use your masks again.  We wish to be in compliance with the regulations.  We thank you for joining us for this  sound bath in the sun!

We will gather at the park that is found by turning right at Westshore Estates and going up the hill to the Park.
