Summer Solstice at Akashic Ranch!

Join us for a memorable and unforgettable evening
celebrating the Solstice and Full Strawberry Moon of June 20th, 2016!
On this day the store will be open from 4 pm for your browsing pleasure as well as the ranch space open for a serene time and nature walk. We will be joined firstly by The Three Heart Drummers from 5:30 to 6:45 presenting “A journey of songs and chants honoring the Solstice and the Full Strawberry Moon” followed by Therese Laforge of Scalar Sound Service at 7 pm to 9 pm presenting the “Summer Solstice & Full Strawberry Moon Celebration”.
Over 25 years ago Therese Laforge began her work with crystal bowls and the exploration of sound as a transformation agent assisting in balancing, aligning and releasing. Today she considers herself a student of sound, learning and listening to the bowls with her heart. She believes sound can guide and heal our bodies and spirits, and couples that inquiry with the knowledge she has gained while practicing many other energy modalities.
Therese invites you to not only bring your mind and spirits but to bring your own drums, penny-whistles, didgeridoos, and percussion instruments. She’ll provide an introduction and guide you in how to participate in this united energy of movement and sound. The cost to attend the singing bowl section of the evening will be $15 at the door.

What to bring: Dress in layers and bring something warm! Bring your folding chairs, blankets, yoga mats, pillows. We will be sitting outdoors rain or shine! Don’t forget your instruments!
