Solar Eclipse & New Moon Crystal Bowl Meditation  at the Sowilo Health and Wellness Center at 4628 Barriere Town Road on Thursday September the 1st.

You can expect to relax as you take in the profoundly soothing sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls. We will be in the energy of the New Moon and the Solar Eclipse so it is a perfect time to meditate and focus on goals and intentions for the month ahead.

Free parking is available in the parking lot.  Cost is $20.00 cash only: RSVP for booking and prepayment with Chelsea Harris as there are limited spots available. 250-320-0270.  Please bring your yoga mat, blanket and a water bottle. Chairs are available for those  who don’t want to lie down or don’t have a mat.  If you are a writer, bring your journal along.
