At the time of the Full Moon, the tides of the ocean rise up, and similarly, our fluidity is up too. It is a perfect time to let go of stress and tension, and to use sound to call in our heart’s desire on all levels during this holiday season.
A couple of essential oils are given for opening the neck area if you would like that. Cost is $15.00 cash please Arrive early enough to create a cozy spot on your yoga mat on the floor or on the comfy furniture. Bring your water bottle and your personal and global intentions.
