Spring Equinox Crystal Bowl Meditation in Kelowna,

At the pivotal time of the Spring Equinox, folks all over the world gather to honour the earth and begin the  planting the seeds for our our fields, gardens and flower beds. Similarly, our personal field is prepared by ourselves for seeding healthy seeds in the season ahead of us. It is an earth based new starting point for us too. The welcoming Ekahi Center, our host for this session is on Water street in down town Kelowna and provided mats and bolsters for participants.  We recommend that you bring your water bottle and a blanket.  These meditations are restorative, private and long acting, being felt long after the shared time.  The service team comprise eleven beautiful bowls  in frosted, clear crystal and semi precious stone bowls ready to sing to you.
