Outdoor Crystal Bowl Yoga Meditation in Kelowna, with Carla Fox & Terez Laforge,Tues Aug 18, 6:30- 8:30 pmpm

Carla and Terez invite you to a New Moon crystal bowl yoga backyard meditation.on Tuesday August 18th from 6 to 8 pm.at 985 Tamarack Drive in Kelowna.  The cost is $25.00 prepaid only please by e transfer to Therese Laforge at this given email  (terez@shaw.ca} or you can pay on site provided there is still room. Parking is plentiful on the street.  You must bring your yoga mat or zero gravity chair, several blankets and your water bottle. After the yoga,  the stillness makes for a cool down as we quieten so come with the camping type of sleeping gear, or several blankets. In keeping with covid regulations, we are positioning participants a full 2 meters apart, and our space is limited.

Accompanied softly by the bowls, Carla will take us thru some gentle yoga movements and then  we will move thru the chakra system with both of us on the bowls  .It is wise to set double edged intentions for this event:  a list  of what we are letting go of and releasing, and  another list of what you are calling for  in the immediate cycle ahead. For example what do you want the end of Aug and early Sept to look like  for you?.  Do this as it helps the energy of the crystal, and the sound, to amplify your intentions.  This is all personal and private so you can write it or bring your journal and write on the spot if you like.
