Outdoor crystal bowl yoga in Vernon with Terez Laforge & Carla Fox, Monday August 17th, 6:30 to 8:30 pm

Carla and Terez invite you to a New Moon crystal bowl yoga backyard meditation.on Monday August 17th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. in Vernon.  The cost is $25.00 prepaid only please by e transfer to Therese Laforge at this given email terez@shaw.ca. Further instruction and the address  of the venue will be sent to participants upon receipt of payment. Parking is plentiful on site.  You must bring your yoga mat or zero gravity chair, several blankets and your water bottle. Though the days are warm, the evening and the stillness makes for a chill as we quieten down so come with the camping type of sleeping gear. In keeping with covid regulations, we are positioning participants a full 2 meters apart, and our space is limited.

Accompanied softly by the bowls, Carla will take us thru some gentle yoga movements and then  we will move thru the chakra system with both of us on the bowls  .It is wise to set double edged intentions for this event:  a list  of what we are letting go of and releasing, and  another list of what you are calling for  in the immediate cycle ahead. For example what do you want the end of Aug and early Sept to look like  for you?.  Do this as it helps the energy of the crystal, and the sound, to amplify your intentions.  This is all personal and private so you can write it or bring your journal and write on the spot if you like.
