It is the end of one cycle, and the beginning of a new cycle. Your possibilities are endless and it’s time to set new plans for the future. Start with your breath, then clear your mind, body and soul in a super sonic sound bath with the crystal bowls.
Bring your water bottle to assist with hydration and your notebook to set your intentions for this new beginning.
