New moon crystal bowl meditation Sunday Nov 15th, 1 – 3 pm @ 125 Bestwick Drive in Kamloops

This Sunday I will be introducing an emerald  bowl for the third eye.  It has just arrived to join the collection of singing instruments.

Timewise we are at  the 2 week  pause before the  lunar eclipse which is happening on Nov 30th’s Full Moon. We are building momentum as we go toward 2 eclipses and the winter solstice.

Parking needs to be thoughtful if the snow is still here on Sunday. Take extra care parking as this street is an unintended  feeder street to Columbia.

Cost is $20.00. You can choose to  use the furniture to sit or lay down, or  bring your yoga mat and be on the floor by the fire or you can ask for a gravity chair..I am strictly following the  covid  guidelines and  ask that you call ahead to reserve a spot.  You can reach me at 778-471-5598
