At the time of the Full Moon, the tides of the ocean rise up, and similarly, our fluidity is up too. It is a perfect time to let go of stress and tension, and to use sound to call in your heart’s desire.
Come for a super sonic sound bath with Therese Laforge & friends who play frosted, clear and alchemic bowls. Cost is $25.00 Parking is on the street. Arrive early enough to create a comfy spot on a yoga mat on the floor. Bring your blanket, water bottle and your personal and global intentions.
