Full Moon Fireside Crystal Bowl Meditation Wednesday & Thursday Dec. 14 & 15 at 125 Bestwick Drive from 7:30 to 9:30 pm.

Use the sound and fire to let the things that no longer serve you. The option is there to write them down and tossing them into the fire. We honour the privacy of this process with nothing revealed as it is a form of ceremonial burning bowl. Crystal bowls are here to help us let go, give up our limiting belief and behaviours, and then opening to newness and inspiration needed in our every day lives. All this on the sound waves!!

We offer the possibility of you rubbing a few drops of essential oils on your neck, facilitating the mind body flow.

Parking is on the street only. Doors open at 7 pm and close at 7:25.  Come early to park safely and settle in. Cost is still $15.00 cash only. Bring your water bottle and if you are a writer, bring your journal.
