We have been finding that the crystal bowls loosen up stuck energy. The droning sound gets to all kinds of tissues moving and participants breathe better, have deep sleeps and feel the effects of a session for days after they have gone home. True to our style, we are using yoga postures and breathing techniques to let go of our outer world and start paying attention to ourselves & to the inner world. So we will tap { a simple protocol to release stuck energy} for personal safety, helping the meridians to let go of places we hold lack of safety. Thus, with your own touch, you will invite the change and letting go and with the crystal bowls we will do the same from the outside.
This is a no blame event. We are together to soothe the wounds, regenerate physical well being and emotional strength, and return to wholeness, innocence and balance. We call the great goddesses to be with us in this process to be the holy and whole mothers who model the powerful and life giving feminine, a heritage that is ours to own!!
Dress in comfortable layers. There will be a fire going for us in the chimney. When we are still and do inner work our body temperature can vary so bring the woolen or cozy warming items too.
What to bring: your yoga mat, a favorite blanket and pillow, your favorite rock or other symbol/talisman of protection, your water bottle and your notebook if you are journal writer.
What to expect: That your intentions will be heard, and that there is so much help available on the invisible planes. In a group and with two and a half hours, our processes will be mostly internal. Do come with your intentions in place. Have the intentions be two fold. What you are releasing & letting go of, and shifting to the new you what you are welcoming, what . For example, offer into the feminine cleansing pot all the ways I do not take responsibility for myself and point fingers at my parents/family/partner/children/job for what is jammed up. A lovely theme of welcome would be to open to being more tender and kind to self and an intention to express that love externally in deed and in words to those around you.
