Full Moon Crystal Bowl & Restorative Yoga Poses Sat Dec 14th, 7:30 to 9:30 by the fire

Join us for  some gentle yoga poses and shavasana in front of the fire while the bowls’sounds  help you let go and relax Warm your heart and your bones.  Dress in layers so you can find  the temperature that is right for you.  There  are  yoga mats,blankets  and pillows here  for   you  to  use.You  can   also   bring  your own yoga equipment if you prefer.
