Full Moon Crystal Bowl Meditation in Kamloops Friday Sept 8th

Celebrate the Full Corn Moon  on Friday the 8th of September in the enclosed Sound Temple in the back yard to the left of the house at 125 Bestwick Drive. Therese has delightful new bowls and a new gong!! Parking is on the street.  Bring your yoga mat and your water bottle.  Blankets and pillows are provided.  If you prefer a zero gravity chair some are available too.
