Positioned here at the Autumnal Equinox, a pivotal time of change and intention setting, we invite you to use sound and movement to assist you co-create your world. Shawn leads us through restorative poses while the crystal bowls quietly bathe us with tones & harmonies. Our second part focuses on the chakras while participants are reclined in whatever ways are comfortable. Cost is $40.00, parking is available on the street.
