Equinox & Full Moon Crystal Bowl Meditation at Killiney Beach Community Hall

At this start up of the spring time cycle, in many traditions, people gather to consider the time between March 20 and June 21 and to lay down there intentions for that quarter of the year. It is all about intentions for ourselves and our good brown earth. It includes self-care, gardening, personal and business directions to name a few. While we are in the crystal singing bowl session, those personal intentions are private and unspoken. As you hold your intention for whatever outcomes you are calling for, the sound gets to work with and for you. The crystal bowls co-create with your focus of attention.
