Eclipse and New Moon Salmon Arm Crystal Bowl Meditation at Spirit Quest Books Tuesday August 14th, 7 – 9 pm

On the heels of three consecutive eclipses, two in July and one on the 11 of August, we are still in a field of great creativity. Let the crystal bowls enhance that creativity by having the sound assist with the letting go of stress and tension, and simultaneously smooth the way for life enhancing choices and directions.
