Crystal Bowl Yoga Friday Nov 17 at Ekahi Center in Kelowna

We are thrilled to return with the combination of Crystal Bowls and yoga.  Carla Fox will lead us on our yoga mats to some deep breathing and restorative poses, intended to relax and soothe our bodies and bring us into the present moment.The bowls will be playing softly in the background.  Once we are in Shavasana,melting into the floor, the sound of the bowls will move in, around and through you helping you with the letting go and the calling in what you choose in your life.  Prepare by calling in your helpers and having specific tangible outcomes that you want in your magnificent life here on earth!!
