Crystal Bowl Meditation in the Sound Temple at 125 Bestwick Drive in Kamloops

With the warmer weather, I gladly welcome spring.  The Sound Temple has a cork floor and carpets, new window dressings and several new bowls.  It feels like a new beginning.  I am doing the playing on the floor and I invite you to come with your roll or mat and enjoy the extra vibration that comes through the floor.  There are lots of blankets and pillows available here.  Bring your water bottle and your intentions for the month in front of you. Doors open at 7 and close at 7:25.  I encourage you to come in good time to set up a cozy spot for yourself. Cost is $15.00 cash please and parking is on the street only
