Super Full Moon Crystal Bowl Meditation in the house at 125 Bestwick Drive on Wednesday November 16th, 7:30 to 9:30 pm

Calling all music lovers: Let beautiful sounds lift your spirit and your energy on this Super Full Moon. Bring your good  intentions and prayers for yourself and the world.  Surrounded by the drone of the bowls and their harmonies, you can experience deep letting go of tension and stress, to be replaced by peace and vibrancy. The two hours are restorative, internal and private times just for you!

Parking is on the street only.  Cost is $15.00 cash only.  Doors open at 7 pm and close at 7:25 pm.  Come early enough to settle in comfortably. If you are a writer, bring your journal as well as your water bottle. We have many comfortable stuffed chairs and zero gravity chairs.  RSVP to save a chair as we have limited space.
