Blind Bay Spring Equinox Crystal Bowl Meditation

At the pivotal time of the Spring Equinox, folks all over the world gather to honour the earth and begin the  planting the seeds for our our fields, gardens and flower beds. Similarly, our personal field is prepared by ourselves for seeding healthy seeds in the season ahead of us. It is an earth based new starting point for us too.

In the sweet acoustical home of Marilyn, we play the ten crystal bowls for you, helping with release, with rebalancing and rejuvenation. Bring your floor mat and your water bottle.  You can choose the floor or if you prefer, there are comfortable coaches to sit on.  Whatever you do, enjoy the day and Happy Equinox to you.
