New Moon Crystal Bowls at Lake Country at Beasley Park Tuesday August 10th 11:30 to 1:30 pm

Beasley Park is a beautiful facility, spacious and clean. Our sessions are upstairs in the large open space. I encourage you to bring your yoga mat, or camping chair, a blanket, a pillow or bolster and a water bottle.  Our time is highly personal and private even though we are in a group.  I see us releasing pain and trauma that still hooked into our person and then to do further uplifting of ourselves individually.  It is wise to come with the intentions of  what we are letting go of, and on the other hand, what we are calling in.  We have access to the building at eleven so come in early and settle in. Because of covid, the   pros of Lake Country are not available so bring along whatever it takes for you to be comfortable for 2 hours of quiet internal time.
