It is a great pleasure to return to the community hall and see many new friends. Using the assistance of the singing bowls, we let go of the past decade and welcome 2020 and put forth our hearts’s desires and needs. Because it is the height of the cold weather, please bring several blankets so you can rest warmly on the floor, or use your zero gravity chair. Dress in layers to help you get the right temperature for you. We are planning to have an urn with hot water for those who want to stay longer in silence in the energy, or for those who want to chat before heading out again.
To help us know our numbers, please let Robyn know if you are planning to come. A minimum of 20 participants makes it worth the travel from Kamloops. You can arrange payment with her. Stay warm and happy Solstice and Christmas to you.
