Saturday Dec 7th 7:30 – 9:30 pm restorative yoga poses & crystal bowls meditation @ fireside inside @125 Bestwick Drive

This Saturday event is a vibro-acoustic  presentation without directions for yoga postures.  You have zero gravity chairs or furniture or the floor to relax upon while the magical bowls  help us loosen, let go and re-balance.  Use this pre-Christmas time to fill your cup with what you are in need of in this busy season. Come with your intentions and let that be your focus.

Please come well ahead of the start up time to set yourself up. Parking is on the street only.  Take care that  your vehicle is 9 feet away from the fire hydrant on the NW corner of my property.and that  your wheels are not on the sidewalk.  We have been ticketed for that this past month.
