Ekahi (Kelowna) Crystal Bowl Yoga Combo

We are thrilled to bring this combination of crystal bowls and Yoga. Carla Fox will lead us into stillness with breath work and simple poses. The bowls will be playing in the back ground for this section and will take center stage once we are melting in Shavasana. The sound of the bowls is refining as we go. Being in the fall equinox energy, it is a sweet time for stillness and redirection.
Ekahi Centre is located at 1304 Water Street in Kelowna.
Admission for members is $30.00 and $35.00 for non members
