New Moon Crystal Bowl Labyrinth Walking Meditation Sunday Jan 14th,2018 6:30 – 8 pm

This is our first new moon of 2018. It is the dark of the moon and a perfect time to focus on and plant the seeds for the year coming up.. your health, your relationships, your finances, your goals… give them your attention on the labyrinth and let the harmonic crystal bowls assist with the focus and intentions. Set up a fruitful and fun filled year for yourself and t your loved ones.

Practical considerations: Free Sunday evening parking on the street. The Labyrinth floor is cold in the winter. I wore 3 pairs of socks and still felt the cold so I recommend slippers or indoor shoes to keep your feet warm. Only battery operated candles can be used for safety reasons.
