Full Moon Crystal Bowl Yoga at Ekahi in Kelowna Friday Jan. 5, 2018

Back  to Ekahi Center at  1304 Water Street in Kelowna we return because of  a great group of participants.  Carla Fox leads us in restorative yoga postures that help to open our mind/body and bring us into our breath and into greater relaxation.  She is a magician!! Meanwhile the crystal bowls play softly in the background.  Our last hour and a half is given to the sound of the bowls harmonizing us.  We let go, we re-balance, we consider new courses of being and of action. The evening is a fabulous aperture  for seeing  the year 2018 with fresh eyes and open hearts.
