Full Moon Crystal Bowls at Spirit Quest Books in Salmon Arm Dec 5, 7 to 9 pm

We invite you to Spirit Quest Books at 177 Lake shore Drive in Salmon Arm on Tuesday Dec 5th from 7 to 9 pm. Bring your mat or chair, blankets and your water bottle.  Cost is $25 at the door and $20.00 when you reserve a spot at the store. Call 250-804-0392.  Parking is free right in front of the store.

The big frosted bowls are the travelling sound kit and they are very effective at rattling our energy field for the purpose of freeing up tension and stress.  Simultaneously, the bowls facilitate our opening to newness and expansion.  We encourage you to come to the meditation with some ideas of what you want the sound to do for you.
