Acu-Sound in Kamloops

You are invited to an early evening Acu-Sound with tuning forks, essential oils, crystal bowls & ear acupuncture. It is a reposeful internal time with multiple modalities, helping us let go, re-balance and come away with more ease, self awareness and stillness.

Guests will have the option to receive either small, stainless-steel, disposable acupuncture needles or mustard seeds applied to five points on the outer surface of the ears. The points used are Sympathetic, Shen Men (Spirit Gate), Kidney, Liver and Lung. These points help balance the body, improve blood circulation, address stress and anxiety, and help us open to our greatest well being.

Alongside the acupuncture, Jennifer Larsen will offer precision-calibrated tuning forks to be applied to specific points to access the meridian and chakra energy systems. Sound is layered on and over key points of the body, aligning us with the new moon, and integrating our earthly body with our spiritual body to promote harmony, health, and unification between the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of our being. The sound waves of the forks vibrate and travel deeply into the body. Their rich resonance and vibration connects with and supports the body’s natural frequencies, stimulates and balances the physical and subtle energy field, and promotes wellness, and deep inner harmony.
