Crystal Bowls at the Kamloops Art Gallery

Led by experienced sound facilitator Therese Laforge, along with 2 other players, this workshop invites participants to become immersed in a full body sensory experience in the midst of our current exhibition, All membranes are porous. Crystal bowl meditations are relaxing and restorative, allowing the sound vibrations to assist in letting go of all that is no longer required and calling in what serves you in your life as you move forward. Dress comfortably and in layers. Bring a blanket and a water bottle.
Straight backed chairs will be provided, participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat to recline and deeply relax.
Space is limited, early registration is encouraged. If we run out of space, a wait list is available at the Art Gallery by calling (250) 377-2400.
